Negative: Slightly confusing getting in the first time with a lock box and a code pad.
Summary: Worked out well as a summer place to stay. Good base for recreation and food options

Positive: It was clean and roomy, the owner was great and the location was good.
Negative: There was not enough lighting in the bedrooms or the living room. The drawers in the master bedroom could not be opened. There weren’t enough bowls and plates. There were no luggage racks. There was no place to put shampoo/soap in the shower; no bath mat for the shower. There was no towel rack close to the shower. The dining room table was very small and the balcony furniture was not adequate.
Summary: We loved the location and setting and think that with the above improvements, this would be quite nice.

Positive: The apartment was large and on a golf course - so, lovely views from windows and patio. The beds were comfortable. There was a fireplace... it was wood burning which was too bad as a nice gas fire on the chilly night might have been nice. It had covered parking - which was nice as well.
Negative: There were birds in the exterior walk-in area (near the covered parking) - and they were circling as we entered/left. We had no issue - just annoying. And a lot of bird droppings on the walls/floor as we were walking up the stairs to the entry. Nothing on the inside of the apartment - just in the exterior area.
Summary: We enjoyed this place as it was close to Mt. Hood and also a fairly short drive back to the airport

Positive: This apartment was spacious located inside a golf course community. Very nice.
Negative: I didn't realize it was not on ground floor, so heavy bags were difficult. But we are talking 10 steps.

Positive: The location was great for our needs, the condo was a decent size. The condo can be so much nicer with a little cleaning and updates!
Negative: The condo really needs a deep clean! The fireplace was not able to be used and the description of the rental specifically mentions the beautiful fireplace, what they don't tell you is you can't use it! There was hair in both showers and little flies inside the rental! The last issue we had was, apparently the downstairs resident lives there full time, so while getting ready for our day at 6 am the person below was pounding on the wall extremely hard, we were not being loud at all. I would definitely stay here again and this review is mostly for the host to see! Hopefully they will let you use the fireplace in winter! King size bed is horrible!

Positive: Great condo...very comfortable! I had to put the finishing touches on 3 different cheesecakes for our daughter's wedding and the kitchen worked out great for all I needed to do! Such a peace of mind to know I had that access! The team was sooo amazing and flexible, given the time demands for the wedding. And very great at communicating!
Negative: Faucet in primary bath sink needs an aerator...other than that, the place was great!
